Section 01

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and bddb (hereinafter "bddb", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at bddb.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the bddb Platform, placing any wager, claiming any bonus, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bddb Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bddb's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific set of game or bonus rules, the specific rules shall take precedence in respect of the matter to which they relate, unless otherwise expressly stated.

bddb operates as an international offshore gaming platform. The Platform is offered in the English language and is specifically designed to serve adult players located in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts, balance displays, and transactional references are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol or the ISO currency code BDT.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bddb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering and playing solely on your own behalf, using your own identity and your own funds. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of any employee of bddb or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
• You do not currently have an active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account ban in place on the bddb Platform or any affiliated platform under the same operating group.
• You have not previously had a bddb account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or confirmed underage status.
• You are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and are gambling for entertainment purposes within personal financial limits you have freely set for yourself.

bddb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any point during an account's active life — to confirm that the above eligibility conditions are met. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and retention of funds pending resolution.

Section 03

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one single registered account on bddb at any given time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

When completing the registration form, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid mobile number registered in your name, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and a unique password of your own creation. You must not impersonate any other individual or provide false information during registration.

bddb strongly recommends enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication (2FA) and login-alert notifications, both of which are accessible from the account security settings after completing your bddb Login. The Platform employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit, but account-level security also depends on your own conduct.

Any activity conducted through your bddb account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally. bddb accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Section 04

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

All financial transactions on the bddb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bddb currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — deposits and withdrawals supported; withdrawals to verified bKash accounts typically process within 15–30 minutes.
• Nagad — deposits and withdrawals supported; similar processing times to bKash for verified accounts.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — deposits supported; withdrawal availability subject to current operational status.
• Upay — deposits supported; withdrawal availability subject to current operational status.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bddb at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. bddb does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which bddb bears no responsibility.

Deposits must be made using funds that belong to you personally. bddb reserves the right to investigate and refuse any deposit it reasonably suspects has been made using fraudulent payment credentials, stolen funds, or via a payment account registered to a third party. Any funds deposited via a fraudulent method will be reversed, the associated account suspended, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

bddb processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times stated on the Platform are estimates based on normal operational conditions and are not guarantees. bddb will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet outages, or banking system maintenance periods outside bddb's direct control.

Section 05

Bonus & Promotions Policy

bddb periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal offers — including Eid bonus campaigns, Pohela Boishakh reload specials, BPL cricket season promotions, and weekly cashback deals — to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bddb bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above who have a fully verified bddb account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once, unless the offer is explicitly designated as a recurring or repeating promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games, RNG table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified per offer.
• bddb reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the stated wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or deliberate low-risk staking during a wagering period — will result in bonus cancellation, withholding of related winnings, and potential account suspension.

Section 06

Game Rules & Fair Play

Every game available in the bddb Casino lobby is supplied by a third-party game provider operating under their own international gaming licence. bddb employs real-time transaction monitoring and player behaviour analytics to detect patterns indicative of game manipulation, match-fixing involvement, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation, with no interruption to the security review process.

Section 07

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bddb Platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, respectful, and good-faith manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, providing forged identity documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one bddb account, whether to circumvent account restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other purpose.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any person under 18 to do so.
• Money laundering: Using the bddb Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. bddb maintains an active anti-money-laundering (AML) programme and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in respect of any suspicious financial activity detected on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet or bank in respect of a legitimate deposit. Any chargeback confirmed to be fraudulent will result in immediate permanent account closure and recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory communication with bddb support staff or any other user of the Platform.
• Technical exploitation: Using hacking tools, reverse-engineering the bddb interface, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's back-end systems, or exploiting any known software vulnerability.
• Commercial promotion: Using the bddb Platform for commercial advertising, spam distribution, affiliate self-referral abuse, or unauthorised promotion of third-party products or services.

Section 08

Account Suspension & Closure

bddb may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Confirmed or suspected identity fraud, underage gambling, or multiple-account operation.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable period of request.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal financial activity.
• An account remaining inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure or fund retention.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools or via [email protected].

Players wishing to voluntarily close their own account may do so at any time by contacting bddb support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, bddb will process the closure and arrange for the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bddb reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance held in that account, including any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings under investigation. Players who disagree with a closure or balance forfeiture decision may submit a formal written dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice. bddb will review all formal disputes and respond within a reasonable period.

For accounts closed under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme, the exclusion is final and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player. bddb will not reactivate a self-excluded account at the player's request before the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
